day 1 of work challenge. weighed in at 129.6. would love to get the big pot at the end of the challenge. need to get off of my butt in this cold though if i am going to get anywhere quick. already know that cutting my calories now at age 40 doesn't work anymore. so need to do some thing new. here i go again...although now i am nearing 130 pounds ouch!
