Well, missed some weigh in's due to the holiday but have been self monitoring. gained some weight as i was ill for a week and had a week to recover thus no exercise for 2. Also xmas foods didn't help.

But its a new year and aside from injury/ the flu I feel good about my weight (back down to pre xmas) and now want to keep moving forward and reach my next goal of 189 ideally by mid january.
193.7 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 63.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
