I cant believe this.... I worked so hard this week and I gained weight??? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!
281.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Take a look at the sodium intake maybe?? I'm sure with some good water you'll be able to flush it out! Go get 'em girly!

I agree with bullytrouble. Take a good look at what you eat and you will be surprised how much sodium is in some of it. I have a lot of weight to lose and one day I stepped on the scale and said I GAINED SIX POUNDS. Started watching my sodium and three days later I was down seven. Be sure to read the labels.

Did you eat all your daily points (every day)? Did you get in your dairy, fruits, vegetables, water and oils? Did you just start a new exercise program? Is it TOM? New medications? Do your clothes feel looser? Sometimes we can go up on the scale, but lose inches. Give it another week, watch your sodium (like they said above) and see what happens. Good luck!
