Wow again. I went to a party there was very little atkins friendly food. I had had some beef jerky before I left and was very thankful! My big splurge was one glass of wine, about 1/8th of an apple and maybe 1oz of beet. Not bad and it didn't show up on the scale this morning! I would love to see 138 tomorrow!
