Woke up feeling a little more rested. Im noticing Im going pee a lot as I used to not have to get up in the middle of the night to do it. I noticed Im sweating a lot and my sweat smells differently...sorry I know that sounds gross but I noticed it. I already look and AM thinner but Im really hoping its not just water weight. Still in ketosis but need to go get more ketostix as mine are about 10 years old and I dont know if Im getting the right amount read LOL
155.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Most of initial weight loss (especially with Atkins) is water weight. But that's not a bad thing. The protein pushes out excess water from your cells which is why you see bigger losses at first. It's also why it's so easy to regain weight when you go off plan for a day. The peeing and smell is also a product of low carb and effects some people. Fat loss will follow. Just keep at it. Your doing great!
