went off diet for about 5 days, had an ooopsy on Pop Tarts lol. They did make me sick to my stomach and then I got back into induction...lost the 3 pounds I had gained with eating all the sugar now Im one pound less than when I was last on here thank goodness!

stopped weighing and entering my food, just got too busy with job, kids, christmas, but also i know what to eat and what not to eat now and about what portions so im good. In heavy ketosis....tried a few new recipes i made up myself and will !share them soon

pretty much know what to eat now to keep myself in ketosis, on muscle relaxers for my back so its causing my weight to go up, i have large amounts of ketones though so i know im good, was really craving Corn Flakes this morning, im very sick of eggs

been sticking to my diet faithfully, no cheating, still in ketosis....however i needed to take some of my muscle relaxers and i put on 7 pounds of water weight overnight.....so i dont know what my true weight is uggg!
