woke up feeling good today, still peed twice last night got new keto sticks and they are MUCH more purple than my 10 year old ones...haha...im cheap. Starting to get tired of eating so many eggs for breakfast, think im gonna thaw some sausage out, didnt feel like bacon or pumpkin bake this morning either. I was craving CORN FLAKES lol.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
