well not lossing really but at least it moved i think i am going to stay away from desert for a bit and see if i cant get things going again maybe that evening snack is just to much for my body and i haven't walked in a couple of days so i am sure that has something to do with is if i stall then my diet will stall i have to want this bad enough to continue going forward not finding the easy way out! time to get up and move! any one got a stick of dynomite? lol just feel blah and have no motivation...

You'll find your Mojo again...just think how far you've come. Go to the grocery store and try to carry five 5 lb bags of potatoes LOL! Just imagine how much happier every bit if your body is right now, because of the good work you've done!

LC,you're right! I'm having trouble with motivation right now(I just had a gain! =( Thinking of what my loss looks like is a good idea.
Restless,I personally stay away from desserts. Any sweets trigger sugar cravings for me. I'm battling eliminating my SF sweetener in my morning coffee now.I think you're doing great and the "blahs" will pass! Keep on,keepin' on!

candy i think you and me have the same body lol i gave into sweet snacks and didn't gain but just stoped lol so i am going back to black coffee GOOD BY SWEETNER!;( maybe later when i get closer and am willing to just maintain but for now will put them away... glowy i am so glad we are buddies lol you always make me smile!

I noticed my evening snack has been getting bigger and bigger. It's sf jello and whip cream.... but I'm not measuring anymore.
I cannot drink black coffee. Ewww I need my hazelnut (sugar free).
