Went to Ray's the Steaks last night and overdid it on my portions, but stuck to the guidelines otherwise:) Hoping I don't pay for it too much over the next few days. I plan to eat only unrestricted IP items for the next few days.
193.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
