Back in my size 12 jeans!!! Thank GOD -- only 2 jeans/dress sizes to go! I know it is fast, and I may hit a plateau in the next couple weeks, but I am greatful for the "wins" right now.

1485 kcal Fat: 66.42g | Prot: 156.30g | Carb: 70.65g.   Breakfast: skim milk, splenda, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), stevia, hibiscus tea, Butterscotch Pudding Mix. Lunch: mount olive baby kosher dill, ideal protein chocolate, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, apple cider vinegar, Romaine, Deli Mustard, Mushrooms, cucumbers, Lemon Juice. Dinner: hotel butter, scallops, cashews, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking), Dill Cucumber Pickles, broccoli, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: premier protein. more...
