FINALLY!!!! Numbers are getting smaller again. I'd like to be down at least another two pounds by Christmas, considering I haven't seen my Grandmother since last Christmas (and then I was 182-183). I've got to stay strict with what I allow myself to eat....
173.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
