i cant believe the scale this morning.i was so afraid of it and those diet angels saved me again.i have been down in the dumps for awhile.read one buddies journal this morning and feel remotivated.back to eating right drinking lots of water and i even exercised.i missed feeling light and energetic.finally got off the lazy couch yesterday and simply tinkered around the house but i felt so much better.here i go again.i never gave up just slowed down.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week

I miss that feeling too - like being able to walk and not feel like you are dragging something behind you.

I totally understand-- why is it so hard to get out of the dang chair even when you know you'll feel better when you do? Welcome back!

Welcome back on track. Motivation really makes a difference, so never forget that you have an awesome network of buddies, and that those inspiring journals are to be found all over the place here. Also, if you need motivation and a little faith in "The fatsecret way", go to the forum and check out the "Before and afters, anyone?" thread. :) It works wonders!

Down a pound in a month that includes Thanksgiving and holiday parties is something to be proud of!!! I was actually UP almost a pound this week. BOOOHOOO!!! But I'm not going to let it get me down, I'm still down 31 pounds from where I was in March of this year and that is something to feel proud of. You are down about that same amount too aren't you? So let's focus on our accomplishments and make those choices that will make us feel good about ourselves, like getting up and MOVING. :) I've always said that putting on my shoes is the hardest part of a workout because once I've done that I've committed myself and for me that's the hardest part! I ALWAYS feel great after I've exercised! Have a wonderful day! It's good to see you back around. :)

thank you all.feels great to be back.day 2 of exercise and eating right.about to make my salad for lunch.i know exactly how to do this its all in my head.
