Scale is really frustrating me, but I'm going to stick to plan. Any chance the shear power of my mind could will it to move in the right direction?!?!?! At least I stayed the same and didn't gain, that's a good thing.
308.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 158.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
