My weight actually ballooned to 225, but back down to 220 this morning. Trying to stick to a carb free diet.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Carb free is probably unnecessary. You can have a few carbs.. I think we call the diet low carb or keto. Good luck. I do keto as well. It works very well for me. Hopefully it will work for you too!!!

Yes lower carb works for me but also a healthier intake does too....if I eat more carbs than allotted in my plan I eat more of the healthier carbs and I keep my caloric intake down to continue being successful towards my goal.....great drop you have there...have a wonderful day:)
