Still feeling awful....This is getting rediculous! I felt better yesterday and I made sure to eat so that I wouldn't feel weak. But then last night I had terrible stomach cramps and nausia. I'm not sure what to eat today. Nothing sounds good after last night.
140.9 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
