I am SO frustrated right now!!! I have the stinking BAND and I should NOT be gaining at all!!! It should be coming OFF!!!!!!!! ARG! I just want it gone. I'm tired and stressed out and planning a move, and I don't need weight GAIN added to all the rest of my stress.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

It's actually normal to go up and down! And this happens when your body is literally starving itself and storing everything you put in your mouth. PLUS as you build muscle to replace fat, muscle weighs more sooooo the more you work out, the more muscle you build :) You can do it! Don't give up!!! :)

You have a lot going on right now - and i'm sure the stress of it all isn't helping with the weight loss either. Once you get settled in Ohio - get your booty back to the gym and i'm sure you'll start to see things fall back in to place. You've already gone so far - you can do it! :)
