Starting my yearly weight loss journey, lol. I booked us a week vacation to Hawaii for February 23 so I have roughly 3 months to lose almost 20 lbs. Completely doable so it's just time to refocus and get 'er done! I'm going to try the low carb approach this time around.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
