I fell off the boat Friday night , I got back on it early this morning . I started the day with 2h workout , then this afternoon I powered walk to the gym got there dance for 1h then walked back home, the whole day I drank a lol of water. I dint go crazy on the food during this Holliday , but I lost count of what I was eating . I Weighted myself today because when the challenge is going to end I'm going to be asleep . My weight went down so I feel good about myself. I'm ready to start a new one . I thank the person whom created this challenge , and every one who helped me go through it . I hope to hear from you all Meeel
