I'm new on the low carb diet so is not easy for me to keep it at 20 , but I'm going to do better next week

Baby steps! It is tough at first but it does get easier. The carb withdrawals eventually go away and your body will thank you for it. You can do this :)

Of course you can do this! We're all here to support and help you :) Fruit isn't allowed on Induction, but afterwards, you can add some fruit back to your diet gradually. The fruits lowest in carbs are lemons, cranberries, rhubarb (with some sort of sugar substitute), raspberries and blackberries. These all do have carbs, so make sure you allow for them in your net carb count for the day.
