It's 10am. I ate breakfast at 8. I am not hungry. The smell of popcorn! I ate one single kernel. But the smell lingers... Is this why? Cause the smell of meat makes me MORE hungry. And the site of sweets triggers my sweet tooth (but I'm getting better at controlling that with gum or yogurt). Popcorn. Hmm. After breakfast I weighed 197.5 :)
Not sure what I weighed first thing in an.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
