Thanksgiving I had a day off. But back to reality and staying within 1800 cals. Trying had for under 200gm carbs and making all of it complex carbs. Working on it :-)

Lost so far: 3.5 lb.
Still to go: 37.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
