I have challenged a friend of mine who gained lots of weight due to health issues to get back on track. I'm really enjoying this challenge and it is helping me stay on plan. I love being able to take a picture of my scale and see the weight dropping. Today is measure, weigh and photo day. I'm hoping for great results.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Angie--I'm a slacker I did make it to the scales today but that's as far as I made it. Going to get up and go measure/photo now.

Measurements are taken---finally. This is the first time I've actually done measurements so I can't tell anything this time. Picture is uploading now.

Sorry I missed this, girl. I've been not feeling too good, and was gone all day yesterday taking my kids to the Orthodontist 3 hours away :/ LOVE the new picture!! Trust me, you'll be taking more and more! And the next time you measure, you're gonna see a difference. You'll be amazed! :) Keep up the good work, girlie! :D
