Except for some pints of Rickard's Red on Saturday, we've been all about Atkins since the start of July and it's paying off.
Haven't been able to schedule workouts, except Tuesdays, but have done a great deal of work around the house (work = dumpster in the driveway and hundreds of pounds of crap being carried and well, dumped)
I have my first 5k on Thursday, and I feel prepared though I would like to have had a few more K's under my belt before I hit the pavement.
