Unfortunately we can't target where we lose weight. We can only stay in a calorie deficit and lose fat off our whole body. It's also unfortunate that the lower belly and love handle (lower back) area on men is the last place, on the body, that we lose fat. Stay with it, it will come off.

I want mine to go away (like it did off my arms) but it’s just how we’re built. My stomach fat will be the last to go and it’s what’s driving me to lose the next 20! You can do it!

I am trying slowing, seems to work. Involves calories and a tape measure. Also, unicorn dust on my fatty parts has done nothing.
