Going to try a long term fast (for me anyway). Had a light snack at 9:30 pm yesterday (3/26) and would like to fast until dinner tomorrow. If I make it that would be about 45 hours. Hope I can make it!!
130.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
