3.1 miles walked this AM. Elliptical routines at the gym yesterday.

Thankful for:

* Beautiful warm weather to clean the pool filter to end the season,
* Great blueberry pancakes this morning,
* A fun, successful shopping trip yesterday, and
* DH agreeing to get a few household tasks completed this weekend.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 87.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome on all the above..My DH would love some blueberry waffles..I'm not sure he likes pancakes as good..I use to make mine from scratch but not any more..I just Eggo's..LOL...:O)
