This weekend was horrible and I am making up for it now. I have reloss the weight I gained over the weekend, I am going to have to be more cautious on the weekends. So far I have lost 7 pounds and I have so many more to go!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
