Aaargh, plateau for weeks now. Oh well, it could be worse. Did more exercise the last week or so but as for eating healthily, tricky on holiday.
160.9 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
