Today I am changing from High Fat Low Carb to Extreme Smash the Fat Diet. Although I did drop weight fairly quickly, I absolutely hated the High Fat Low Carb Diet and will never do it again. I believe that lower fat/calorie with increased exercise would have been easier and more healthy. Also, the lack of carbs really reduced my ability to exercise at a high level. Burning nothing but fat as fuel seemed to give me an endless supply of low level energy, which simply did not work for me...
