Today I am changing from High Fat Low Carb to Extreme Smash the Fat Diet.
Although I did drop weight fairly quickly, I absolutely hated the High Fat Low Carb Diet and will never do it again. I believe that lower fat/calorie with increased exercise would have been easier and more healthy. Also, the lack of carbs really reduced my ability to exercise at a high level. Burning nothing but fat as fuel seemed to give me an endless supply of low level energy, which simply did not work for me...
195.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
