To say I'm perplex with this weigh in is an understatement. (Almost 4lbs 🤪) Haven't done anything different with food intake and macros are in rang of usual numbers. I will not get discouraged. I came to far and the body can be one crazy machine at times.
It must be my scale....🙄 That's my story and I'm sticking with it.

238.8 lb Lost so far: 85.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah that is a bit odd. But as you say sometimes body does weird things. Do you think you are in ketosis?

Wow - you just blew the whole CICO argument out of the water. I used to tell this to people - that I was eating at a deficit and still gained weight - and no one believed me. Doesn't help your situation other than to applaud you for sticking with it and accepting that these fluctuations happen.
