Kickboxing class was a kick butt, kick lungs class. I had a stressful day yesterday and it felt mighty fine to actually hit something....a large punchback!

I love kickboxing! I now only do the P90X Kenpo, and that works too I guess. When you have a stressful day there's nothing like kicking some butt to make you feel better. :)
