Really troubled by my inability to get past 288 to 290. Ate a bit more than average yesterday, but overall, right on track with my monthly goal. October has been a tough month. Onward...
290.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
