I lost a lot of weight last night...water? I am not sure. I'll find out if my weight goes back up in a few days. I am trying to drink more than 2 bottles of water a day.

The cabbage soup (I am on the Sacred Heart Diet - no cabbage) version of the diet. I had to do the soup thing 3 times before I finally started seeing the results promised.

I have also cut out coffee. I am now drinking tea. That might have something to do with it.
190.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The cabbage soup diet promises it - but when you actually GET to a state where your body is in ketosis and burning tryglyscerites, and you actually lose what they say you can...it is almost unbelievable. I got on the scale 3 times this morning...and I won't really believe it for another day or two
