I walked twice yesterday and I ate lots of veggies. I also did 2 hours of housework. I really needed to see a drop so I didn't panic. I am finding the main thing is to drink lots of fluids. Especially now that it is hot. I drank 3 bottles of water yesterday.
196.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
