Good morning - I've found that when one works out in the morning and walks at night (less than 30 minutes) and works all day....one goes to bed by 10:30pm. LOL. Thus getting 7 hours of rest. One tends to not overeat trying to keep oneself awake if one gets plenty of rest. Hmmm....
