Last Week

77.2 Kg (170.2 Lbs) and 16.6% Fat.

This Week

76.38 Kg (168.4 Lbs) and 16.7% Fat.

I have not been punished from the lack of proper exercise and following a poor diet. My guess is that I have lost some muscle mass, resulting in my weight-loss.

I'm really close to 75Kg now, and I'll be looking to bulk a little from there!
168.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
