Last Week

77.92 Kg (171.8 Lbs) and 16.9% Fat.

This Week

77.2 Kg (170.2 Lbs) and 16.6% Fat.

Good progress. Keeping a good diet, and still managed to exercise.

Brisk Walking, Running, Swimming and Tennis.

As it is, I'm already satisfied with my weight, but I'll aim for a new target of 75 Kg attempting to lower my Body Fat % to 14% before hitting hard on the weights and building good lean mass.

Buffet coming up this weekend, oh well I am allowed a cheat meal every week!
170.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
