feeling pretty good, introducing more homemade foods into diet, upped my calories yesterday compared to the last few days. next week will introduce exercise 3 x a week.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1444 kcal Fat: 34.39g | Prot: 101.13g | Carb: 191.71g.   Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios, sweet & low, irish cream creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Dry Roasted Edamame - Wasabi, Lowfat Mango Greek Yogurt, Celery, Ranch Salad Dressing (Fat Free). Dinner: sliced natural almonds, manischewitz egg noodles, Diet Cola Chicken, strawberries, Low Calorie Oil Free Salad Dressing, lettuce. Snacks/Other: lipton green tea, honey. more...
