Back from Seattle from the wedding, (11/1 - 11/6) cheated on diet but, for the most part did make smarter food choices than what i would normally have done. these last 2 weeks have really been hard with the hurricane and now snow storm, it is pretty difficult to maintain a diet when you have no power or heat, forced to eat out a lot and temptation is brutal. i have been focused during the day at work and sticking with the program since returning so that makes me feel good. I will weigh by next Wednesday (11/14/2012) and see how i did. Ltr
