I'm going to try to keep my carbs under 20g let's see what happens. I took the day off from the gym but not my work out. Have a healthy day 🙋
196.8 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No not net carbs. I'm at total carbs of 8.6 now, that's without dinner or snacks.
