stmueller's Journal, 09 June 2008

I know at least part of it is water retention cuz we drank lots yesterday, but most of it is just poor choices over the last 3 days. Though that isn't entirely true, we had cinnamon buns for breaky the one day, but paired them with egg whites and potatoes done in cooking spray instead of butter. And at the wedding my plate was filled mostly with salad. So bad week, but this type of activity is highly unusual (changing jobs, friends wedding) so I'm not terribly worried about it.

You have the right attitude! Tomorrow's a new day and we'll get back on track and move on :)

Good job making healthy choices right along side the cinnamon buns! That's a sign of real progress. Fitting schedule changes into your new eating plan is all part of the process and you are doing great. Weekend gains don't usually "stick" when you get right back on track on Monday. Have a great day!

Everyone of us have days that are not so good, but we just get right back on track and continue, and it will all work out. Just keep up the great work. You are doing great. Pam

cinnamon bun...delicious food talk should be banned from here!! Well I am glad that you have been very conscious about your eating and the fact that it is a one off thing. What I do when I have a day where I have deviated from my diet plan is to exercise more that day. That way what goes in, goes out..hopefully!
