Wow. Still kicking it, in high gear. The only advantage of being sick is NO appetite. My target RDI is 2400. I'm averaging less than 1900. I'm consciously trying to keep it above 1500. There's been a few days where I would have been done at 1100-1200 had I not been keeping track. I know this is not normal. SIX more pounds to go and I'm out of the OBESE range on the BMI scale. My goal for August is to hit SUB 200. 199!
I hope to get labs done today. Today is my 12th day of fever. Its very low. Sometimes I think it is completely gone; like right now. But it is there daily regardless if I feel good or not. It ranges from 99.4 to 100.5. I usually feel it at the upper end with a dual headache in the back of my head above my neck. Right now it is 99.8. I was really hoping it was gone. I don't feel it right now; nor do I feel sick.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 38.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
