Back on track, Day 1 of the Sacred Heart Diet. I like my diet better than the cabbage soup one. According to results, the soup 'without' the cabbage gets better results.
198.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
