WEll...I'm quite happy to see a decrease in the scale!! Even though I have had a couple of "cheat days", and even sipped slowly on a nice cold beer last night!!
178.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
