I have slid back a little bit...chocolate pudding, licorice and Corona beer have been the weakness...also went to the movies the other night...ate popcorn and brushetta..first time for "real carbs"...luckily I didn't eat as much as I thought I would...but I think having that on Tuesday triggered my need for the pudding, licorice and beer!!
But...today is always a new day..starting off with a good breakfast..including a fibre drink..finding the days that I don't include tomato juice and enough water, I tend to slip....going to add natural peanutbutter with celery today!! Looking forward to it!!
