So last night my exercise was laughter for about 2 hours with my "sister" and my college roommate. Not sure it counts as "exercise" (so I'm counting it as a Rest Day for the week) - but it sure did improve my spirits!

Laughter can be good for you too. Sounds like a good rest day to me. Have fun with the cardio! Does Turbo Jam give you a pretty good workout? I've seen it and thought about trying it but I don't know if I'm coordinated enough.

I have enjoyed Turbo Jam - it does take a few times through the video to get it (and thankfully I have no mirrors around me to see myself working through it - I'm more athletic versus dance - when I'm working out). Once you get the hang of it, you're all about pumping up the music and it's enjoyable. I still am working on the tucking of the pelvis - sometimes it's really challenging to keep it going when you get into the spirit of things. LOL.
