Yeah!! i just hit a weight loss of 20 lbs. It took me 5.5 months, but I am very pleased!! I also now drink 8+ cups of water and exercise daily. A nice change.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
