The last 5 are the hardest I think!
178.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

Hang in there. You can do it. May just need to mix it up a bit. I have no doubt you will get there!!

I know exactly what you're talking about. I'm working on my last five too. We can do it! I'm in no BIG hurry just so I go down a little every week. Sure don't want to go back up! Great chart!

You're doing great and hang in there. Its hard figuring out where the end goal will be and how to get to it and to maintain it. It really is a whole new ball park! One thing I did was focused on fitness and replacing any flabby areas with muscle...that actually got me down more than 10 pounds lower, while building muscle, go figure. You can and you will do it! You have been an inspiration and just a ball of fire!
