I have had low blood sugar in the mornings for the past 3 days. 44 this morning. I am decreasing my insulin levels at night. :) I am going to weigh in once a week, trying to do so at the same time everyday because my weight fluctuates so bad. okay, I'm up early for a change! Time to get in that water and 30 min exercise!
Oh yea, taking measurements: bust 36 waist 29.5 hips 40 Let's lose inches!
