well I am officially giving up at this time. I have tried and tried for so long and nothing.
I think I will walk away for a bit and try this again later.
I may continue to post what I eat because that does help me at least eat since my biggest problem is not eating enough at times.

Not sure what else to do at this point
165.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
